This checklist shows you the criteria to consider when selecting a home in which you will lead a happy life.

Checklist for choosing accommodation in a residential home or a service home

The checklist to follow to successfully select your accommodation in a residential home or a service residence must include the following points:

  • Checking that the neighborhood is pleasant and that it is easy for your loved ones to get to the residence,
  • Checking the general condition of the residence’s common areas,
  • checking the state of the proposed accommodation, its surface area, its sunlight, and its soundproofing,
  • the examination of the offered services.

Description:

If you are elderly and have retained a good level of autonomy, you may wish to live in a building that will offer you services that will make your life easier. It is in your best interest to look for a home or a service residence.

This checklist provides you with the criteria to consider when selecting housing in which you will lead a happy life.
